Good morning, today we celebrate Lucia. We already lit her candle last night while making these delicious fluffy sweet saffron buns. As an alternative to raisins, this year we used small balls of butter and sugar that melted slowly, giving an additional fragrance of butter and greater softness to the buns. They have a lovely taste and you can have them any time of the day during this holiday Christmas season. Fluffy lussebullar or lussekatter and a cup of hot drink will make your day.
