
We don’t always want to taste sweet flavours as snack for our coffee pause or at tea time. Today, we prepared and baked a soft Parmigiano brioche and served it with crisp, fresh vegetables like carrots, zucchini, romanesque cauliflower, cherry tomatoes. In addition to this, I added a few drops of a sauce prepared with yogurt and aromatic herbs to enhance the flavor of the brioche and make the crudités more appetizing.
