Good morning, let’s start this Sunday morning with breakfast on the verandah. You can’t say no to a delicious tarte tatin accompanied by a creamy vanilla sauce. Last night I prepared this traditional French delight with 1 kg of apples and a disc of home made pâte brisée and served generous portions of it as an after-dinner dessert. It’s a simple dessert, quick to prepare, ideal to enjoy for any occasion. Each bite is a fantastic dive of epiphanies and new moments of culinary pampering to enjoy.
