Tonight I prepared a pizza in an unusual way. The base is made of steamed cauliflower, lots of grated Grana Padano cheese, an egg white, a couple of generous handfuls of breadcrumbs, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. I topped it with a fresh cherry tomato sauce, delicious burrata bites, a sprinkle of oregano and basil leaves. Is it inviting for a taste?
A bed of cauliflower instead of pizza dough. It tastes so good
