Today, on the Epiphany Eve or on the twelfth day of Christmas, we prepared homemade tagliatelle pasta with good local ancient wheat flour and without eggs, as the local gastronomic tradition suggests. Usually, very rich meat or mushroom sauces are prepared to have with a tagliatelle dish. We preferred to serve tagliatelle with mussels, which we carefully brushed, shelled by steaming over a flame, filtered, and prepared with an excellent sauce. The scent of the sea and the flavor are delicious and the dish is worth to try.
Wishing everybody to have a wonderful Epiphany day.🎄✨🤶
