The Christmas holidays are over but there is still that atmosphere and the spirit of family conviviality. On this January afternoon, we warm up with a good cup of tea and enjoy a special pastry treat with some very fragrant, crisp mini buckwheat tarts, freshly baked in our kitchen and filled with organic strawberry and berry jam. Can we say that these delicious mini buckwheat tarts are comfort food? The hygge feeling is in the air.
