For our Sunday pizza, we were in the kitchen early in the morning working on the dough for our dinner with guests. We let the pizza dough sit for most of the day, so it could puff up and bubble.

A delicious homemade tiramisu was ready in the afternoon to be served as a dessert after dinner. We took a slice to enjoy it… sublime. Of course you are always welcome to come here and enjoy a generous portion. Among other things, the afternoon was spent in the full immersion of reading a beautiful book, just purchased, in which the fairytale tones intertwine with those of the adventure novel. It is “En herrgårdssägen”, a masterpiece of the Swedish literature from 1899 by a masterful Selma Lagerlöf.
