Second Week of Advent: Italian Cuisine as Cultural Intangible Heritage in the World by Unesco

We are in the middle of the second week of the Advent season and today, on December 10th, for celebrating the special recognition of Italian Cuisine as a Cultural Intangible Heritage of Humanity by Unesco, we enjoyed cooking one of the humblest and most iconic dishes that represents the culinary tradition in the area where we live in Apulia. It is a velvety cream of faba beans and green chicory, embraced by drops of extra virgin olive oil and small cubes of homemade wholewheat bread. It’s an autentique delicacy, it’s the genuine simplicity of a dish that rocks, you just have a taste and tell. Welcome

A cozy holiday scene featuring four lit candles arranged in a decorative holder with a heart design. In the foreground, a small candle illuminates a festive decoration of a wooden sled and pinecones. A white ceramic Christmas tree sits beside it, and a bowl of assorted fruits, including oranges and avocados, is displayed in the background.
