Description of the Apartment
Linda accommodation is on the first floor of a typical Mediterranean styled villa, surrounded by the garden, among maritime pines, oleanders and honeysuckles. The accommodation is situated in Baia Verde, a holiday district of Gallipoli, and is only a couple kilometers from the center of the town on the Ionian coast. Linda apartment boasts three bedrooms, comfortably giving lodging to five (5) guests. There is only one full bathroom with shower. There is a wide dining room, a cosy corner for the sitting room and the fire-place, a well equipped kitchen and a shady patio with garden furnitures for enjoying meals. Independent entrance and free car park in the garden of the villa. Besides, it is just a couple minutes walk from the sandy beach and only a couple of kilometers from Gallipoli old center, on the Ionian coast.
Charming Sea Places to visit
From the panoramic motorway Lecce-Gallipoli-S.Maria di Leuca (ss101-274), that is situated on the back of the tourist district,where the villa is situated, guests can explore the most beautiful places of the Southern Apulia area. It is possible to go trekking in a gorgeous natural park, for example, on the Ionian coast, from where,
after a twenty minutes walk through the maritime pine-wood, you will discover a tiny beach in front of a blue-sky sea: it looks like a small paradise! Visit little villages, where you can even breath art and history and discover about local culture. Leuca, the extreme part of Apulia, is very easy to reach through the picturesque seaside road. From there, at sunrise, you can enjoy watching the suggestive scenery of the pink Albanian mountains. Otranto, on the Adriatic coast, is the historical town of martyrs. The remains of the martyrs are kept in the treasure chests of the cathedral, where there is also an antique precious mosaic floor representing the tree of life.

How much is to rent Linda apartment in 2025?

In 2025, from May 1st to May 31st the cost for a holiday stay is € 110 per night, per apartment (€ 770 for one week stay).
In 2025, from June 1st to June 30th the cost for a holiday stay is € 140 per night, per apartment (€ 980 for one week stay).
In 2025, from July 1st to August 31st the cost for a holiday stay is € 170 per night, per apartment (€ 1190 for one week stay).
In 2025, from September 1st to September 30th the cost for a holiday stay is € 110 per night, per apartment (€ 770 for one week stay).
a. Prices are inclusive of gas and water. Electricity is not inclusive in the total cost.
b. Weekly change of bed linen and towels + cleaning service cost € 100.
c. It is possible to rent Linda apartment for no less than 4 nights up to 27 nights.

f. A € 200 deposit is required by the owner and must be returned to the guest at the end of the stay, via bank transfer, after checking that no damage has been caused to Linda apartment (within 72h).
g. 30% of the total cost of the holiday stay is required in advance by the time of booking via bank transfer.
h. The balance has to be paid within 20 days before the arrival.
i. A tourist tax (€ 1,00) for each day of stay and for each guest up to a week’s stay is due to the owner who will remit the payment to the city’s Tourist Office.
j. It is the owner’s duty to request from the urban police command the nominative permit (or permits) for the access of the guest’s car (or cars) to the limited traffic area (ZTL) to reach the villa. The permit will be valid for the time of the guests’ holiday stay.
