Ingredients:
225g flour, 50 g almond flour, 160g butter, 100gr icing sugar, 1 egg (about 70gr), a pinch of salt.
Mix together flour, sugar, almond flour, cold butter. Add the egg and a pinch of salt.
Place the mixture in the fridge and leave it to rest for four hours.
Roll out the short pastry on the table, after fixing a sheet of greaseproof paper under it to help the short pastry work be faster and easier. Make your biscuits and bake them in the oven for few minutes. Temperatures can be between 160° and 180°, better if the oven is airy. Decor your biscuits according to your tastes or sprinkle icing sugar like dancing snow on the surface of them.
