Small homemade beignets with cream cheese

I enjoyed making some pâte à choux this afternoon and then baked small beignets. After filling the beignets with cream cheese, I added some green leaves, small shrimps, tomatoes, turkey. Do you think it could be an alternative to the traditional way of making a delicious Swedish smörgåstårta?

A cheerful idea to start this February month and to wish a good week to everybody.
