We tasted the first semla many years ago in Sweden. Since then, whether we are in Sweden during this time of the year or in Italy, we can’t miss to have them as dessert to enjoy with family and friends too.

This afternoon we baked delicious fluffy semlor. Now they are ready to be enjoyed. Tomorrow we will start distributing them to family and friends. Who wants some?
