Chickpea flour tart at lunch time

It is almost time for lunch and here we just had out of oven an inviting tart prepared with chickpea flour. This is a light dish for those, who love chickpeas and want an easy recipe to make very quick.

Ingredients you need: 150 g chickpeas flour, 450 g water, a sprinkle of sea salt, some extra virgin olive oil, rosemary.

  1. Sift the flour, slowly add the water and mix all together in order to have a smooth mixture. 2. Add the rosemary and leave the mixture to rest for one hour at least or a night. 3. Remove the rosemary, add some extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkle of sea salt and mix all. 4. Pour the mixture in a baking tray and bake it in the oven for about half an hour (220°C). 5. Then, grill the tart in order to be crisp on the surface and soft inside. 6. In the end, add some grains of sea salt and serve the warm chickapeas tart as you prefer, perhaps with some tomatoes or a bowl of fresh salad or even some bacon on its surface.

Enjoy lunch, everybody! 🙂
