While sipping my cup of warm coffee this early morning, in the good perspective of enjoying soon merry time with members of family and little ones, on this Christmas day, I take my time to keep on reading a book, which is higly to recommend. I bought it from the library store at Linate airport, before the flight to Apulia, last Tuesday night.

“Perchè l’Ucraina” is the emblematic title for the published Italian edition (in July 2022) of one of the most recent Noam Chomsky’s works. The book is about seven accurate interviews that the influential linguist, political expert and author began to provide in 2018 to the curator. There, he tries to analyse deep by giving contribution of conditions and reasons that, step by step, brought to a very serious crisis at first and then, at the beginning of this year, to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Such a horrible act, which nowadays is considered among the worst war crimes the world has ever witnessed in the last century, after WWII.

On this note, I would like to fill a coffee cup with words of peace, love and serenity and to dedicate them to those, who, in the world, need them at most on this Christmas Day 🎄✨❤
