Here we are. For lunch, we prepared something with a summery flavor. It’s a plate of grilled vegetables that we love so much, that is eggplant and peppers. We added finely chopped garlic, onion, parsley and mint, along with datterini tomatoes and basil leaves, some fresh ricotta cheese, olives, capers and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and vinegar to season everything. Welcome 😋
