How to Stay Safe Under the Sun

Summer is coming and, according to weather forecasts, next week should see very high temperatures, from 30°C (86°F) upwards. It is important to be prepared by wearing lighter clothing, eating fresh fruit and vegetables, drinking plenty of water, and, above all, using a sunscreen with a very high SPF (protection factor) to protect your skin. Therefore, an additional precaution is to wear a nice hat, preferably with a wide brim to better protect your face, neck and the most exposed upper shoulders.
