We were a bit unsure about what to make for lunch today. Very quickly, we made some green sunflowers pasta, stuffed with fresh ricotta cheese and spinach, and some spaghetti. In the end, we settled on a plate of green sunflowers. Once cooked, we sautéed them in a pan with butter and walnut kernels. A simple delight. What would you choose: stuffed sunflowers or spaghetti?
