Pizza is served. Let’s party

The weekend has arrived. Back home around mid-afternoon, we prepare pizza dough with wholemeal semolina flour in a few minutes. We put it in the fridge to let it rest for about 30 minutes. Quickly, we roll out the dough on a baking sheet and let it rise for an hour. It’s about 7.00 pm…
