Delicious Buckwheat Tart with Apples and Custard
A crumbly buckwheat and spelt tart with custard and apples was just fresh out of the oven. We couldn’t resist the inviting aroma of vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom that wafted through the house, so we cut off a piece to enjoy.
