  To end this first week of November and to wish you a good morning, we just prepared a warm frothy cappuccino and some delicious, crunchy oat flour biscuits we baked last night. Imagine, the kitchen still smells of butter. And then… lots of flowers await us in the study 🫶🏻

• Delicious Buckwheat Tart with Apples and Custard

  

  A crumbly buckwheat and spelt tart with custard and apples was just fresh out of the oven. We couldn’t resist the inviting aroma of vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom that wafted through the house, so we cut off a piece to enjoy. Despite the dark color of the buckwheat, the shortcrust pastry is excellent.

  Finally, June arrived. Yesterday, we chose some new plants from the greenhouse. Aptenia, daisies, santolina are heat-resistant plants. They will be in front of the sun for most of the day and will require very little water. It will be nice to play like when we were children, spending some time gardening, sinking the fingers…
